On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Requirements:

  • School Endorsement
  • 2x2 ID Picture (3 pieces)
  • NBI Clearance (original)
  • NBI Clearance (photocopy)
  • Vaccination Card (photocopy)
  • Resume
  • If you opt to bring your vehicle on duty, please provide the following:

    • 1. Car Registration

    2. Official Receipt

    3. Special Power of Attorney(If not registered owner of vehicle)

Mechanic Trainee Program (MTP)

Designed for aspiring Aircraft Mechanics to develop hands-on skills within an Approved Maintenance Organization.

Requirements:

  • NBI Clearance (original)
  • NBI Clearance (photocopy)
  • 2x2 Picture (3 pieces)
  • TOR (photocopy)
  • Diploma (photocopy)
  • OJT Certificate (photocopy)
  • Vaccination Card (photocopy)
  • Car Registration, OR, SPA (if bringing vehicle)
  • If you opt to bring your vehicle on duty, please provide the following:

    • 1. Car Registration

    2. Official Receipt

    3. Special Power of Attorney(If not registered owner of vehicle)

Online Application Procedure for OJT & MTP

Applicants may apply in person by visiting the PAMS facility. Our staff will assist with the submission of requirements and guide the application process. Whether you choose to apply online or face-to-face, PAMS ensures a smooth and accommodating experience for all aspiring trainees.

Online Application Procedure for OJT & MTP

STEP 1: Submit Application Form and other Documents Online

Fill-out Training Application Form.

STEP 2: Upload a scanned copy of the documents.

Upload a scanned copy of the documents corresponding to your desired training program. Kindly address the documents to Agustina M. Giangan, PAMS Accountable Manager.

STEP 3: Wait for a confirmation

Wait for a confirmation via your registered email address from admin@pamsofficial.net. If email confirmation is received, you may proceed to paying your Training Fee.

STEP 4: Send a clear copy of your transaction receipt/proof of payment

Send a clear copy of your transaction receipt/proof of payment to admin@pamsofficial.net
with: Subject: Surname, First Name – OJT or MTP Payment.
(Example: Dela Cruz, Juan – OJT Payment) Make sure that your transaction receipt/proof of payment indicates the destination bank and transaction date.

STEP 5: Wait for payment to be verified.

Wait for payment to be verified. The applicant will receive an email notification regarding the processing of the GenAv ID.
