Professional Air Maintenance Services (PAMS) celebrates 31 years of service in 2025. We take pride in being the first Approved Maintenance Organization by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) in the Visayas region since 2004.
PAMS has proven its capability in serving the Philippine aviation industry and has been recognized abroad in countries such as Singapore, India, Australia, France, Germany, Canada, and the United States of America (USA).

HISTORY OF PAMS
In the year 1992, the founder together with his three (3) subordinates were awarded a contract to repair a spray airplane of DOLE Philippines. Then after, the name “Professional Air Maintenance Services” (PAMS) was established.
Having no permanent facility and legal documents was indeed a challenge for the team which urged the founder to concede a lot in Mactan Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA) and established the first aircraft maintenance facility of PAMS.
Professional Air Maintenance Services was carved and shaped to realization in the year 1994 where all legal documents were submitted and approved by every working agency of the Philippines that belongs to the aviation industry.
PAMS became the first Approved Maintenance Organization by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) in the Visayas region.
In 2009, PAMS established one of Cebu’s pioneering flying schools, the Mactan-Cebu Aero Flying Center Corp. While it played a significant role in aviation training during its time, the school has since ceased operations.
PAMS’ operations continue to grow driven by the introduction of its two (2) out-base stations in Dumaguete – Sibulan Airport located in Sibulan, Negros Oriental and Francisco Bangoy International Airport located in Davao City.
